This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it yourself (e.g., via sending a PDF or backup file through Email, WhatsApp, or Bluetooth).</li><li>We Have No Servers: We do not own, operate, or maintain any external cloud servers. Because of this, we have no technical means to access, view, or store the information you input into the App.</li></ul>2. Device PermissionsThe App may request access to certain device capabilities to function properly:<ul><li>Camera / Gallery Access: Required solely to allow you to take and attach inspection photos to your local service sheets.</li><li>Storage Access: Required to save generated PDF reports and locally store your .bak backup files. These permissions are handled entirely by your device's native operating system, and no media or files are transmitted to us or any third parties.</li></ul>3. Advertising and Third-Party Tracking<ul><li>Ad-Free Experience: The App contains zero advertisements. We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, or SDKs that monitor your behavioral habits or target you with promotional material.</li></ul>4. Payments and Subscriptions<ul><li>One-Time Purchase: Beyond the initial acquisition fee to download the App from the Google Play Store, there are no further payments, hidden charges, data-saving fees, or recurring subscriptions required to use any feature within the App.</li></ul>5. Data Security and User ControlBecause all data is stored exclusively on your individual mobile device, the security of your business records relies entirely on your device's security settings.<ul><li>Important Note on Backups: Since we do not host your data on a cloud network, we cannot recover your records if your device is lost, stolen, broken, or factory-reset. You are entirely responsible for utilizing the built-in Backup &amp; Restore feature to secure your business data.</li></ul>6.
